Seattle IT Pro User Group (SITPUG) was founded in 2008 to serve the greater Seattle area Information Technology (IT) community. SITPUG was formerly known as Windows Networking User Group. In October of 2012, the group was re-launched as Seattle IT Pro User Group. We bring IT professionals together from various Puget Sound businesses and educational institutes to collaborate on technology topics that interest them.

SITPUG is primarily focused on Microsoft networking technologies, such as Windows Server, Windows Clients, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, Exchange, SQL Server, System Center, Hyper-V, Web Browsers, PowerShell, Mobile/Wireless, Windows Phone, etc. We also concentrate on other topics that are of interest to our members, such as enterprise security, privacy, cloud computing, certification, training, and much more. Our goal is to provide useful information to IT professionals so that they can better install, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, support, manage, and secure network and cloud products and services. The topics covered include servers, clients, software& hardware. Covering a broad range of subject matter ensures that a vast majority of IT Pros can benefit from the topics covered in SITPUG meetings.

SITPUG is sponsored by SeattlePro Enterprises, an IT training and consulting company serving the Seattle area since 1999. SeattlePro offers a discount to SITPUG members for its training and consulting services.
