Aleksandr joined Microsoft Russia in December 2013. Before joining Microsoft, he worked for Atos Major Events, building the IT infrastructure for Sochi 2014 Olympic Games. As a Microsoft Premier Field Engineer (PFE), he is instrumental in supporting Microsoft customers with Hyper-V and Failover Clustering technologies. Aleksandr received the coveted Microsoft MVP award in Virtual Machine category from 2011 until he joined Microsoft in 2013. Has written numerous articles, created Hyper-V videos, and taken part in local IT Pro community.

In June 2006, Alkesandr moved to the United States with his wife, kids, and cat.
